Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

Simply contact us to arrange your return, and we’ll provide a pre-paid returns label, so there’s no return postage to worry about. Once your item has been received and checked, we’ll process your refund promptly.

And remember, delivery is free on every Signature Outlet order.
